CLOUDPORT

Live Broadcasting Feature & Cloudport UI Redesign

My first task involved creating the feature flow for the 'Live' broadcasting module, designed as an independent component for specific customers.

This feature comprised a sequence of user roles including Event Programmer, Scheduler, Controller, and Monitor. In some scenarios, a 'Super Controller' was responsible for managing most of these roles.

My role was to intricately design the workflow and user interaction for the entire 'Live' broadcasting module.

Cloudport UI  Redesign (Task 2)

Proposed Design: Landing page for 'Playout'

Expanded view of 'Quick Media' to add assets into created playlist for emergency edits during playout.

Expanded view of 'All Channels' view for quick view of current asset throughout the network.

For Live broadcasting, Breaks are played manually as per director's instructions.

Playlist view, to create & edit current and scheduled playlist on later dates.

A typical edit view of playlist page, to select the asset & perform required actions.

The design process involved conceptual sketches developed into above visual mock ups, that gets reviewed by the stakeholders (founders of the company), before understanding the concerned user's product usage patterns.
